Booking Procedure
To reserve a yacht with Bay Breeze Yacht Charters, please determine the yacht and dates you desire. Contact Bay Breeze toll free at 877-941-0535 to confirm availability of your dates and yacht. A $500 reservation deposit is required to secure the yacht and dates of your choice. Your reservation will be held for seven (7) days pending receipt of your deposit. Contracts and confirmations will not be sent until the deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy
Bay Breeze Yacht Charters cancellation policy is the most generous and flexible in the charter industry. All balances are due 45 days prior to your charter commencement. If you must cancel outside 45 days of your charter scheduled dates, your deposit of $500 will be retained and credited to the current year on another charter or to the end of the next charter season. If cancellation occurs within the 45 day period, your balance will be credited to the current year on another charter or to the end of the next charter season. If you do not exercise your charter deposit or balance within the allotted period, your deposit or balance is forfeited. If you choose to reschedule your charter again and utilize your deposit or balance in the current year or next charter season, the balance of the total charter will be due upon making your reservation. If you cancel after making reservations a second time, the total balance is forfeited. This cancellation policy applies to the Michigan charter fleet.

Yacht Availability
If a yacht becomes unavailable due to events beyond Bay Breeze Yacht Charters control, every effort will be made to move your charter to a similar size boat with similar appointments. Week long charters take precedence over shorter duration charters. Weekly charters typically start on Saturday morning and run to the following Friday afternoon.

Early Boarding & Late Departure
On occasion boats are available for boarding the night prior to your scheduled charter. The cost for early boarding is $75. Generally yachts are available for early boarding no sooner than 8:00 pm. Late Departure allows you to stay on-board the yacht the evening of your return. This is only available if the yacht is not in use the next day or scheduled for an early board for the next charter. Cost is $100 and will not be confirmed until 24 hours prior to your return. Departures no later than 8:00am.

Rates
Rates are subject to change without notice. General policy of Bay Breeze Yacht Charters is to honor published prices for the calendar year.

Off Season Rates
A 25% discount will be given for charters reserved for three (3) days or more prior to Memorial Day.
A 20% discount will be given after Labor Day of three (3) days or more.

Payment
Full payment is due 45 days prior to your departure.
We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Payment by check is preferred.

Security Deposit
The charter is required to furnish a refundable security deposit of $600. A temporary hold will be placed on the charters credit card at the start of the charter. VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and cash, money order or checks are accepted Security Deposits will be returned within fifteen (15) days of the termination of your charter pending a satisfactory check-in of the yacht and less any incurred running expenses.

Damage Waiver
The charter is required to pay a non-refundable Damage Waiver (DW) in the amount of $25 per day, not to exceed $250. The Damage Waiver protects the charter against losses incurred in excess of the security deposit.

Fueling & Pump Out
Fuel and all other running expenses are the responsibility of the charter. If you choose to have Bay Breeze personnel perform this task, a $20.00 service charge will be deducted from your Security Deposit.

Pets and Smoking
Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited from all charter vessels in the Bay Breeze fleet. Smoking is not permitted below decks and only topside.
