Employee of the Month
Ryan “the dock dude” Ricker was chosen yet again as employee of the month and not just because he’s the only full time employee besides the owners which narrows the candidates down to just him. No, he gets “Employee of the Month” because he puts a mean shine on all the boats and does the jobs some are too proud to do (just look at that bilge). For all his efforts we are giving him his very own mini-spray bottle of all-purpose cleaner. Way to go Ryan and I have a feeling you may get “Employee of the Month” next month as well.
